WARRANTY
SOLAR PANELS
All our solar panels have a warranty of 12 years for product defects in materials and workmanship. There is a 25 year for 80% of warranted minimum power output. All our panels are guaranteed for an output of 90% for a period of up to 10 years and an output of 75% for a period of up to 25 years.
INVERTERS
We only use the highest quality solar inverters, which have a 5 year warranty period with an option to extend up to 10 years.
WORKMANSHIP
All of our workmanship is covered for a period of 12 months. If anyone other than an authorised GREENENERGY SOLUTIONS INC. installer conducts work on the solar installation at any time, then this warranty will be considered void and no longer valid.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED DOES NOT COVER:
- ANY EXISTING ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, WIRING OR FUSE BOX
- ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY VERMIN, ANIMALS OR PESTS.
- ANY MALICIOUS DAMAGE OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT.
- ANY “ACTS OF GOD”, FOR EXAMPLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; LIGHTNING, HAIL, STORM OR FLOOD DAMAGE.
